These classes and workshops offer the opportunity to regenerate, to explore how breath that we allow to come and go in its natural flow, can resolve or transform conflicts within ourselves and others. In this breath movement, we sense our well-being and ease in our body—a well-spring from which we can continually draw. Breath connects us with our authentic Self! Breath—its movement, its natural rhythm—enters into every realm of our existence. We learn to sense our natural breath movement, without disturbing, controlling or directing it. We participate in the experience of breath moving through our body and into our life, as it presents itself and as we are present in it.

- allowing breath to come and go on its own,
- sensing breath movement in the body,
- being present and participating in the experience of breath.
Cancellation policy for workshops:
All payments, minus a $25.00 process fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received in
writing via fax, e-mail or post 10 days prior to the date of any workshop. Cancellation
within 10 days of the start day of any workshop will not be refunded unless we fill your
space. Please discuss extenuating circumstances with director by phone or in person.
These will be considered on an individual basis.
